Hudson Smith brought an incredible amount of joy, sweetness, and light into his three short years. He was a happy, loving little boy with a beautiful smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and a personality that made an impression on everyone who knew him. Hudson loved being with his people, listening to music, playing with his Bluey toys, spending time with his dogs, swinging, sliding, dancing, and simply enjoying life. Though he faced many challenges, Hudson showed remarkable strength and determination while continuing to embrace life with happiness and love.
To celebrate his life and the lasting impact he made, memorial gifts made through this page will benefit the Heart Center at Riley Hospital for Children. Through these gifts, Hudson’s family hopes to honor the incredible little boy who brought so much happiness into their lives while supporting the Heart Center in his memory. Hudson was deeply loved every day of his life, and the joy he gave to others will continue to be carried forward.

The Riley Heart Center provides specialized care and support for children with complex heart conditions and their families. Its programs extend care beyond the hospital, giving families tools, resources and direct access to their care team as they navigate life at home.
